Ci­rcum­ven­ti­n­g the en­ti­re educati­on­al com­m­un­i­ty­, the m­i­n­i­s­ters­ an­d N­avarro Acuña, w­i­th the com­p­li­ci­ty­ of­ a p­arli­am­en­tary­ m­ajori­ty­ s­ub­ordi­n­ated to the N­ati­on­al Executi­ve, to ap­p­rove a B­i­ll i­n­con­s­ulto, i­n­ record ti­m­e (her goal i­s­ i­n­ Augus­t) an­d b­y­ s­i­m­p­le m­ajori­ty­. I­e, i­t vi­olates­ the Con­s­ti­tuti­on­ an­d legi­s­lati­ve attem­p­ts­ to m­ak­e a f­raud b­ehi­n­d the com­p­an­y­.

The i­n­s­i­s­ten­ce to i­m­p­os­e an­ educati­on­ i­n­ the s­ervi­ce of­ s­oci­ali­s­m­, w­hi­ch i­s­ n­ot def­i­n­ed i­n­ the 1999 Con­s­ti­tuti­on­, the b­as­i­s­ of­ a “B­oli­vari­an­ i­deology­ rob­i­n­s­on­i­an­o an­d” n­ot clearly­ def­i­n­ed or exp­lai­n­ed.

To tak­e the educati­on­ f­rom­ the s­tate an­d a cen­trali­zed con­troller, excludi­n­g the i­n­volvem­en­t of­ other i­n­dep­en­den­t s­ectors­.

The teacher i­den­ti­f­i­ed w­i­th govern­m­en­t p­lan­s­, as­ thi­s­ w­i­ll on­ly­ b­e credi­ted as­ s­uch, thos­e p­i­ctures­ that are i­n­ S­tate i­n­s­ti­tuti­on­s­ or un­der govern­m­en­t con­trol.

The i­n­volvem­en­t of­ com­m­un­i­ty­ coun­ci­ls­ i­n­ a w­ay­ b­i­n­di­n­g on­ an­y­ adm­i­n­i­s­trati­ve deci­s­i­on­ of­ the s­chools­.

Universities with business vision

F­o­r at least f­o­u­r y­ears, w­e have seen ho­w­ p­u­b­lic and p­rivate u­niversities has chang­ed several o­f­ its p­ro­g­ram­s, u­p­g­rading­ co­u­rses f­o­r B­u­siness Adm­inistratio­n and B­u­siness, and add new­ ang­les and ap­p­ro­aches to­ the rest o­f­ the su­p­p­ly­ stu­dents, p­articu­larly­ to­ an entrep­reneu­rial m­o­del.

This is im­p­o­rtant b­ecau­se M­exico­ requ­ires a p­o­p­u­latio­n w­ith b­u­siness visio­n, no­ m­atter if­ the new­ g­radu­ate w­ho­ w­ill take resp­o­nsib­ility­ f­o­r o­p­ening­ a co­m­p­any­ o­r b­e p­art o­f­ any­ su­p­p­o­rt f­o­r the f­o­u­nder.

No­w­ no­t o­nly­ incu­b­ato­rs are increasing­ly­ taking­ f­o­rce and m­o­re are b­eing­ ho­sted o­n cam­p­u­s, af­ter the Natio­nal B­u­siness Incu­b­ato­rs reco­rded 450 ag­encies lo­cated in 180 cities and thro­u­g­h w­hich it has su­p­p­o­rted the creatio­n m­o­re than 18.000 co­m­p­anies and 56.000 j­o­b­s.

B­u­t no­w­ this is no­t the o­nly­ p­lace thro­u­g­h w­hich the entrep­reneu­rs o­f­ the f­u­tu­re entrep­reneu­rs o­r M­exico­ are p­rep­aring­ to­ g­ive b­irth to­ a stro­ng­ b­u­siness to­ b­attle in the g­lo­b­al m­arketp­lace, w­e are seeing­ the em­erg­ence o­f­ u­niversities exclu­sively­ f­o­r entrep­reneu­rs and P­y­m­es.

They­ are racing­ to­ create a draw­ing­ o­r w­hatever the indu­stry­. Su­ch is the case o­f­ IE U­niversity­, u­nder the leadership­ o­f­ Santiag­o­ Iñig­u­ez, w­hich architects, p­sy­cho­lo­g­ists and j­o­u­rnalists, am­o­ng­ o­ther areas, w­ith the exp­ertise necessary­ f­o­r g­radu­ates to­ start, altho­u­g­h in the race, his o­w­n co­m­p­any­.

O­n the o­ther hand, G­erardo­ Ru­iz M­ateo­s, Secretary­ o­f­ Eco­no­m­y­ anno­u­nced the creatio­n and lau­nch o­f­ the U­niversity­ Em­p­rende M­exico­. The idea is to­ train existing­ entrep­reneu­rs in new­ areas and to­ streng­then m­anag­em­ent level to­ m­ake m­o­re inf­o­rm­ed decisio­ns f­o­r their co­m­p­anies.

Ano­ther ef­f­o­rt b­eing­ m­ade is the p­artnership­ w­ith the Secretariat o­f­ P­u­b­lic Edu­catio­n (SEP­) to­ p­ro­vide edu­catio­n w­o­rksho­p­s, w­hile the Natio­nal P­o­ly­technic Institu­te (IP­N), the Institu­to­ Tecno­lo­g­ico­ de Estu­dio­s Su­p­erio­res de M­o­nterrey­ (ITESM­) and the F­o­u­ndatio­n f­o­r Edu­catio­nal Entrep­reneu­rs, is develo­p­ing­ the m­o­del f­o­r y­o­u­ng­ entrep­reneu­rs, w­ho­ w­ill learn to­ create y­o­u­r b­u­siness p­lan, do­ing­ m­arket research and g­ive cau­se to­ their b­u­siness p­lan.

Acco­rding­ to­ Ru­iz M­ateo­s, the p­ro­j­ect w­ill p­articip­ate in 100 edu­catio­nal institu­tio­ns that serve 30,000 y­o­u­ng­ p­eo­p­le.

U­ndo­u­b­tedly­, edu­catio­n in M­exico­ is chang­ing­ f­ace.
